How long will it take for me to receive my Katsumu items?
Australian standard shipping is usually within 8-12 business days to most metro areas in Australia, and 8-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia.
Australian express shipping is usually within 4-7 business days to most metro areas in Australia, and 5-8 business days to non-metro areas in Australia.
Shipping to United States of America, United Kingdom and New Zealand is usually within 2-4 weeks, and other countries 2-8 weeks to most other countries. Please consider other factors that may be out of our control that can cause delays in shipment.
How do we apply Katsumu discount/promo codes?
If you are using a discount/promo code that has been provided to you by the Katsumu family, you can use these codes for a discount on purchase.
Once you are finished adding your shopping to the cart, click checkout and the field for the discount code should pop up at the top of the page (if you are on a computer) or above the payment details form (if you are on a phone).
If I change my mind about my Katsumu purchase, can I get a refund?
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Katsumu is a collective of groups and individuals that are from a range of cultures and backgrounds. However, we all share one ideology and that is to promote progressive change.

Problems with an Order?
If you received an item but notice that there is something slightly off about the product, we will glad replace it with a brand new one free of charge! Just follow these steps:
1) Take a photo that captures the problem (print is faded, wrong item, etc.)
2) Write a brief description of the problem and include the order number stated on your invoice.
3) Attach the photo as an image to email@example.com or @katsumudotcom (on Facebook and Instagram).
4) Get a response from out team members regarding replacement.
